Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager to lead FIS Payment Hub deliveries and treasury technology engagements. You will oversee client-facing implementations, coordinate teams, and ensure production readiness across complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Payment Hub, strong Treasury knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to drive successful outcomes for clients and EY alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in treasury, payments, systems integration, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or production support initiatives.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience developing or reviewing business requirements, functional and technical specifications, integration designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration specifications, and system architecture using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, project management, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology engagements and delivery for Payment Hub projects.
• Mentor analysts and senior associates to ensure engagement success.
• Support proposals, solution design, and business development for treasury engagements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into designs, integration specifications, and implementation docs.
