Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager, FIS Payment Hub, to lead treasury technology engagements and client delivery. You will manage a team, coordinate design, integration planning, testing, and deployment while mentoring junior staff.

Qualified candidates bring hands-on experience with FIS Payment Hub implementations, ISO 20022, APIs, and strong communication skills to drive projects forward in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree; 5–8 years in treasury, payments, or systems integration.
• Hands-on with FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design and specs.
• Knowledge of treasury ops, cash forecasting, and GL integration.
• Strong communication, analytics, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology engagements from design to deployment.
• Supervise and mentor analysts and associates on engagements.
• Serve as client-facing lead for Senior Managers and Partners.
• Support solution design, testing, and production readiness activities.
