Job summary
EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager to lead the delivery of FIS Payment Hub implementations, payments, bank connectivity, and integration projects. You’ll be client-facing, mentor teams, and drive engagements from requirements gathering through deployment and production readiness.
The role demands hands-on treasury technology expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs while managing scope, risks, and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–8 years in treasury/treasury tech/consulting.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations and integrations.
- Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into design and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of treasury technology engagements, payment hub, bank connectivity, and integrations.
- Mentor analytics and senior associates while guiding engagement success.
- Serve as client-facing implementation lead through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Manage scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverable quality.
