Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager to lead treasury technology engagements, including FIS Payment Hub implementations, and to guide client delivery from requirements through production readiness.

In this role you will mentor teams, coordinate with Senior Managers and Partners, and help shape solutions for complex treasury, bank connectivity, ISO 20022 and API integrations within a hybrid and client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in treasury, treasury technology, payments, systems integration, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with FIS Payment Hub TRAX implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or production support.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience developing or reviewing business requirements, functional and technical specifications, integration designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration specifications, and system architecture using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, project management, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology engagements and manage delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead through requirements gathering, design, integration planning, testing, deployment and production readiness.
• Mentor analysts and senior associates while supporting engagement success and serving as the primary contact for Senior Managers and Partners.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities for treasury and treasury technology engagements.
