Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead delivery of FIS Payment Hub implementations and related treasury technology engagements in a hybrid US role. You’ll mentor teams, coordinate client workshops, and ensure successful design, integration, testing and deployment.

The role requires 5–8 years in treasury tech or consulting, strong communication, and the ability to translate requirements into architectural design and implementation plans. EY promotes flexible time and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of treasury/treasury tech experience.
• Hands-on experience with FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, interfaces.
• Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration specs, and architecture.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of treasury technology and payment hub engagements.
• Mentor analysts and senior associates on engagements.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead through lifecycle stages.
• Manage engagement scope, milestones, risks, budgets and quality of deliverables.
