Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager, FIS Payment Hub, to lead treasury technology engagements and client delivery. You will supervise teams, design integration solutions, and ensure production readiness across multiple engagements.

The role requires hands-on TRAX experience and strong communication skills to work with senior stakeholders in a hybrid EY environment in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5–8 years of treasury/treasury technology or consulting experience.
Hands‑on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades or production support.
Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, ISO 20022, APIs and enterprise system integrations.
Experience documenting requirements, functional/technical specs, and integration designs.

Responsibilities

Lead treasury technology engagements and client workshops, ensuring successful delivery from requirements to production readiness.
Mentor analysts and senior associates, acting as primary contact for senior managers and partners.
Support proposal development, solution design, and business development for treasury engagements.
Monitor scope, milestones, risks and budgets to ensure engagement quality.
