Job summary

EY is seeking a Payment Hub Manager in the US to lead treasury technology engagements, including FIS Payment Hub implementations and integrations. You will guide client workshops, design solutions, and ensure production readiness while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 to 8 years of treasury/treasury tech or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration specifications, and system architecture using Visio or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Certifications (CTP, CFA, CPA, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of treasury technology, payment hub, bank connectivity, and integration engagements.
• Supervise and mentor analysts and senior associates; serve as client-facing engagement lead.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverable quality for engagements.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities for treasury tech.
• Act as primary engagement contact for Senior Managers and Partners.
