Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager, FIS Payment Hub, to lead treasury technology, payment hub, bank connectivity, and integration engagements. You will supervise teams, mentor staff, and act as primary client contact through the project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and production readiness.

You will translate business and technical requirements into designs, architectures, and implementation docs, while guiding delivery, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in treasury, finance, or related field and relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or production support initiatives.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional and technical specifications, integration designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology engagements and oversee delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead and mentor team members.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverable quality.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities for treasury engagements.
• Provide coaching and development for analysts and senior associates.
