Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager for FIS Payment Hub implementations to lead treasury technology engagements, mentor teams, and serve as the client-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires deep knowledge of payments, bank connectivity, ISO 20022, and APIs, with a strong focus on delivering deployment and production readiness across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years in treasury, treasury tech, payments, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience leading FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, ISO 20022, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into designs, specs, and implementation docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury technology engagements, including payments hub and bank connectivity.
• Supervise and mentor delivery teams; act as primary client contact for Senior Managers and Partners.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverable quality across engagements.
• Support proposal development, solution design, and business development activities.
