Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead treasury technology engagements, payment hub implementations, and integration projects for clients. You will guide the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with senior leadership.

The role demands deep knowledge of banking connectivity, ISO 20022, APIs, and treasury operations, with a focus on delivering high‑quality client solutions in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in treasury, treasury technology, payments, systems integration, or consulting.
• Hands‑on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, integrations, or production support.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file‑based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience documenting business processes, data flows, integration designs, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of treasury technology, payment hub, bank connectivity, and integration engagements.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead throughout project lifecycle from requirements to production readiness.
• Mentor team members and act as primary engagement contact for Senior Managers and Partners.
