Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services Manager leads treasury technology engagements, including FIS Payment Hub (TRAX), bank connectivity, and integration programs. This client-facing role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to serve as a project lead across the lifecycle, from requirements to production readiness.

The Manager will supervise and mentor team members, while coordinating with Senior Managers and Partners to ensure successful engagement outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant treasury, treasury technology, payments, systems integration, or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or production support initiatives.
• Experience with payment processing, bank connectivity, SWIFT, ISO 20022, APIs, file-based interfaces, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience developing or reviewing business requirements, functional and technical specifications, integration designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, project management, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of treasury technology engagements, payment hub implementations, and bank connectivity projects.
• Supervise analysts and senior associates, mentoring for engagement success.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Manage engagement scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverable quality.
