Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager in a Hybrid role focusing on Global Treasury Advisory Services for FIS Payment Hub implementations. The role centers on delivering treasury technology engagements, bank connectivity, and integration projects with client-facing leadership throughout the lifecycle.

You will mentor teams, coordinate requirements, design solutions, and ensure production readiness while supporting business development and client workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years of treasury/treasury technology/consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with FIS Payment Hub (TRAX) implementations, upgrades, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of treasury technology engagements, managing scope, milestones, risks and budgets.
• Serve as client-facing implementation lead across the project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Supervise and mentor analysts and senior associates to promote engagement success.
• Support proposal development and business development for treasury technology engagements.
