Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team and support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. You will assist daily treasury operations, process wires and payments, and help maintain client service standards.

You'll report to the Treasury Manager, gain hands-on treasury experience, and contribute to the evolution of Aduro's service model while working from home across the US.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support the adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality when dealing with internal teams.
