Job summary

Aduro Advisors seeks a Treasury Associate to join our team supporting top-tier clients in venture capital and private equity. You will report to the Treasury Manager and help evolve our service model, gaining hands-on treasury experience while supporting growth and development.

The role offers a path to build foundational treasury skills, with exposure to wires, ACHs, and daily operations. We value diligence, collaboration, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in treasury operations, finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven with strong work ethic.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems and banking portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements.
• Support Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
