Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team supporting venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other transactions, while upholding accuracy and strong client service.

The role reports to the Treasury Manager and involves working from home across the US with eligibility limited to listed states. A foundational understanding of treasury operations and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Work closely with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
