Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity fund clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, ensure documentation, and help maintain treasury policies.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will assist with reconciliations, reporting, and collaboration with fund accounting, ensuring accuracy and client service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Adhere to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and maintain a client service mindset.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
