Job summary

Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Treasury Associate will report directly to the Treasury Manager and play a supportive role in the ongoing evolution of Aduro's service model.

This position offers hands-on experience and the chance to contribute to the department's growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including wires, ACH payments, and other types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions and internal teamwork.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
