Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity fund clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, maintain records, and help ensure client service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or related finance roles, a Finance/Accounting/Business degree, and strong analytical skills. We value independence, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in treasury operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems and banking portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, including wires, ACH payments and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements.
