JPMorganChase is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep treasury knowledge to develop market strategy and partner with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams.

The role requires 6+ years in cash management and relationship management, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, source new treasury management business and grow revenue.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client and COI relationships.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals.

Aufgaben

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and work with product stakeholders to represent client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars and media.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
