Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven success developing new business with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, COIs and consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities with industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders to reflect the client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
