Job summary

NBH Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to assist clients with Treasury Management services, including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay and Business Online Banking.

You will deliver high-level white-glove support, participate in onboarding and training, and work with clients and associates to resolve inquiries promptly while adhering to banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant job experience with Treasury Management or financial services.
• Excellent business communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Treasury Management calls and assist clients with Treasury products (Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay, Business Online Banking).
• Provide daily support, training, and technical assistance for Treasury Management services.
• Deliver high-level white-glove client service and coordinate with clients, associates, and vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues in compliance with regulations and bank policies.
