Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in Treasury Management or related cash management roles.
• Experience onboarding, implementation, training, or product support.
• Familiar with NACHA rules preferred.
• Experience with commercial banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while meeting SLAs.
• Assist with product setup, onboarding, training, and education.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management Officers and internal teams.
• Balance multiple onboarding and support activities.
• Stay current on NACHA rules and industry best practices.
