Climate First Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to support the implementation, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of commercial Treasury Management and Business Online Banking clients. This role ensures products and services are established accurately and efficiently in accordance with customer authorization, bank approvals, operational procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Treasury Management or related banking ops.
• Experience with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and dual-control concepts.
• Strong analytical and client-service skills; effective communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Treasury Management and Business Online Banking relationships for commercial clients.
• Configure client profiles, accounts, users, roles, entitlements, and services.
• Perform system maintenance and ensure documentation aligns with approvals and procedures.
• Troubleshoot access, entitlement and payment issues; coordinate with bankers, operations and vendors.
• Maintain accurate implementation records and adhere to security and control procedures.
