Job summary

NBH Bank in Missouri is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and assist clients with Treasury Management services including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire transfers, Positive Pay and Business Online Banking.

You will provide onboarding training, on-the-job coaching, and ongoing technical assistance while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in Treasury Management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound Treasury Management calls and assist clients with product usage.
• Provide onboarding training and ongoing technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver white-glove client support and effective written communication.
