Job summary

Southern Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Customer Service Representative in Missouri to service a portfolio of Treasury Management clients. You will handle online banking, ACH, Remote Deposit, and other TM products, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients within your market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and services is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes complex and urgent requests within service level agreements.
• Communicates effectively with clients on pending items and issues with Treasury Management accounts and products.
• Tracks client interactions for implementation and service reporting and analysis.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support growth of the bank.
• Escalates product outages through proper channels.
• Maintains Treasury Management procedures and product guides.
