Job summary

Legacyar is seeking a Treasury Management Support professional to assist with online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit, cash sweeps and positive pay. You will develop strong knowledge of treasury products to help internal and external customers with Treasury Management services.

Responsibilities include supporting wire requests, online banking enrollment, ACH services, and providing excellent service while collaborating with Legacyar's Treasury Sales team.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of bank experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with online banking enrollment, logon issues, and questions.
• Support Treasury Sales by building ACH, Wire, RDC, Cash Sweeps and Positive Pay services.
• Monitor daily ACH files for timely approval.
• Add new ACH or Wire Services for business clients.
• Review Positive Pay files and resolve issues with posted items.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
