Job summary

Prevail Bank seeks a Treasury Management Coordinator to lead internal support for treasury management and electronic banking services, including Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, and more. You will work with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent service for customers.

The role emphasizes internal support, customer onboarding, training, and risk management, with secondary focus on growth initiatives in treasury

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three years banking experience preferred, with treasury management/electronic banking experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treasury Management Administration & Internal Support: serve as the primary internal SME for treasury management and electronic banking products and services.
• Customer Implementation & Training: coordinate onboarding and training for treasury management services; set up access and permissions.
• Operations, Compliance & Risk Management: review daily ACH activity, maintain regulatory knowledge, perform risk assessments and audits.
• Treasury Management Relationship Support: partner with Commercial Banking to identify opportunities and support growth.
