Job summary

MidFirst in Southern California is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to assist with Consumer Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH Origination, Wires, Positive Pay and related treasury services. You will support customers and bank personnel, promoting and delivering these products with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, aiding audits, and supporting relationship managers.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations and cash management.
Strong written and communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly to business units, clients and managers.
Knowledge of treasury management products; proficiency with database software, Excel and Word.
Ability to analyze information to formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Assist Relationship Managers and Private Banking Officers onboarding clients and implementing new products timely.
Assist customers with inquiries and problems related to Treasury Management and Electronic Banking and follow up until resolution.
Maintain awareness of bank policies and perform routine tasks including audits and reports.
Support audits, examinations and participate in department projects as assigned.
