Job summary

Legacy-Bank in Gravette, AR is seeking a Treasury Management Support professional to assist with online banking, ACH, wires, RDC, and Positive Pay services. The role requires building a strong knowledge of treasury products to assist internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with online banking enrollment, logon issues, and Zelle questions.
• Support ACH, wires, RDC, cash sweeps and Positive Pay services for clients.
• Monitor daily ACH files requiring timely approval.
• Add new ACH or Wire services for business clients.
• Review Positive Pay files and resolve posted-item issues with customers.
• Provide general treasury management support and other duties as assigned.
