The role requires 2–5 years of banking experience in treasury operations, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with IT and security teams, train clients, and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of banking experience in Treasury Management Operations or commercial client-facing role.
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Familiar with treasury admin systems and NACHA requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.

• Track onboarding progress and report on turnaround times, quality metrics, and backlog status.

Financial Additions is searching for a Treasury Operations Associate for a remote, temp-to-hire position at a nation-wide bank. Must have excellent client support skills and a solid knowledge of treasury products and services used by commercial clients. Applicant must reside in the United States and have full authorization to work here.

Responsibilites include:

• Plan and execute setups in multiple systems for all commercial Treasury services (Online Banking, Wires, ACH, Positive Pay, etc.)
• Review and validate all commercial client documentation and agreements prior to set-up.
• Partner with IT/Security teams on implementations for commercial client onboarding.
• Train clients on all treasury services.
• Maintain audit-ready notes and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Track onboarding progress and report on turnaround times, quality metrics, and backlog status.

Qualifications include:

• 2-5 years at a bank with Treasury Management Operations or Commercial client interfacing role
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture setup and training
• CRM experience for tracking tickets/workflow
• Familiarity with treasury admin systems such as Fiserv, Q2, Salesforce or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of NACHA requirements.
• Strong organizational skillset with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical training.
• Degreed or some college a plus
