Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Los Angeles seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking with a track record of growing treasury solutions, deep product knowledge, and the ability to tailor market strategies to local clients.

You will collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams to design and deliver working capital solutions, manage client portfolios and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Successful new business development with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, colleagues, COIs, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in development of complex products and solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences and webinars.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
