Qualifications

• Strong selling, negotiation and client engagement skills in treasury guidance.
• Knowledge of treasury service products, credit risk processes and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues with clients, using benchmarks, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and coordinate with product specialists.
• Propose new solution ideas and partner with product teams to reflect client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at roundtables and industry events.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned client relationships.
