Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive technical knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Provide phone and email support for client resolution on Treasury Management issues.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank's core and online platform.
• Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
• Provide SME guidance to internal bank staff.
• Participate in special projects and annual compliance training.
• Travel may be required; work location McKinney, TX.
