Responsibilities

Develop and maintain extensive technical knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Provide phone and email support for client resolution on Treasury Management issues.
Research and respond to Treasury Management inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank’s core and online platform.
Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
Deliver subject matter expertise to internal staff as required.
Complete required annual compliance training and participate in merger conversion projects as needed.
