Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for client resolution on Treasury Management issues.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank’s core and online platform.
• Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
• Deliver subject matter expertise to internal staff as required.
• Complete required annual compliance training and participate in merger conversion projects as needed.
