Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management professional in McKinney, TX to support client resolution, maintenance, and inquiries across Treasury Management products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of Treasury Management or related banking experience.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive technical knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Provide phone and email support for client resolution on Treasury Management issues and account maintenance.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Assist with Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank's core and online platform.
• Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
• Master, develop competency in complex issues such as ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments and Integrated Payables.
• Ensure quality service level agreements related to implementation tasks and timelines are met.
• Ensure documentation is received, accurate, and scanned appropriately.
• Provide highest level of service to internal and external clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff as required.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Complete required annual compliance training timely.
• Participate in conversion projects related to Bank mergers when needed.
• Accepts other duties as assigned.
