Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association, is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, NE. You will develop deep knowledge of Treasury Management products and provide phone and email support to clients for resolution, maintenance, and inquiries.

In this role you will assist with account maintenance in core banking and online treasury platforms, help train junior staff, and resolve complex issues across ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments, and Integrated Payables, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Treasury Management products and bank operations is preferred.
Ability to interpret documents and reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Provide phone and email support for client resolution and maintenance.
Research and respond to inquiries in a professional, timely manner, coordinating with Sales and Support.
Assist with account maintenance in core and online treasury platforms.
Assist with training less-experienced teammates.
Resolve complex issues with ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments, and Integrated Payables.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely documentation.
Support internal staff with subject matter expertise and participate in special projects.
