Qualifications

• 3+ years in Treasury Services or Banking role.
• Multichannel support excellence across phone and email.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Adaptable to changing/fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management to plan activities and meet objectives.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining client support.
• Proactive problem solving and resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional tone.
• Familiarity with PC, telecom, internet methods, and MS Office; Salesforce a plus.
