Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 years related experience (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations); Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products / services, account analysis and online banking systems is preferred.
• Excellent written/oral communications skills; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, pricing, and data protocols.
• Provide primary phone support and daily client resolution for TM issues and analysis.
• Research and respond to TM client inquiries, partnering with Implementations and Sales Officers as needed.
• Advise clients on online security, product usage improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure SLAs related to implementation tasks and timelines are met.
• Ensure TM documentation and processes comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain tracking logs for client additions/changes/deletions.
• Assist TM Sales Officers in identifying additional client needs and offering TM products.
• Provide telephone sales support for basic TM products/services.
• Provide SME support to internal bank staff; participate in special projects.
• Participate in data mapping, testing and conversion projects related to bank mergers.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
