Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Treasury Management professional to join our team. You will develop and maintain knowledge of TM products, lead client discussions on fraud options, and collaborate with the TM Sales Officer to grow relationships with small business clients.

This role backs the TM Sales Officer in their absence, onboards new clients, educates bankers on TM opportunities, and supports pricing projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years banking experience; 5+ years Treasury Management sales/product/support.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; detail-oriented; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Lead fraud discussion with clients and educate options after fraud has occurred.
• Primary back up for Treasury Management Sales Officer in his/her absence.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork to onboard new small business clients and add TM services.
• Work closely with retail bankers to identify TM leads and educate on TM opportunities.
• Develop expertise relative to the Treasury Management small business platform.
• Communicate and educate bankers regarding client situations and opportunities.
• Assist with TM projects such as Pricing, etc.
