Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, setup documentation, operating systems, data transmissions, file formats, and protocols.
• Provide phone and email support for client Treasury Management issues, account maintenance, and products.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management client inquiries, partnering with Support Specialists and Sales Officers when necessary.
• Perform Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank’s core and online treasury platform.
• Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving file mappers, ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments, Integrated Payables, and other Treasury Management products.
• Ensure service level agreements for implementation tasks and timelines are met.
• Ensure required documentation is received, accurate, and scanned.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff.
• Assist with special projects.
• Complete annual compliance training.
• Participate in bank merger conversion projects when needed.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
