Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Treasury Solutions Support Specialist to onboard and expand Treasury client relationships, assess needs, and coordinate with bank partners. You will onboard Treasury products and provide comprehensive operational support while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

With a strong emphasis on customer service, you will work with Treasury Officers and Relationship Managers to maintain relationships and resolve issues, ensuring accurate servicing and billing for Treasury Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Face-to-face, phone, and/or email customer service experience.
• Knowledge of bank networks and delivery systems.
• Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service in a professional environment.
• Ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expanding, and retaining Treasury customer relationships.
• Assess new and existing customer needs and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Bank partners to fulfill client requirements.
• Establish relationships with Treasury Officers, Relationship Managers, and other teams.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products including Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, and more.
• Provide operational support and resolve issues with Treasury Operations.
• Escalate systemic, operational, and customer service issues as needed.
• Prepare service agreements and client correspondence accurately.
• Use bank reports to identify service and sales opportunities and communication plans.
• Deliver exceptional service and proactively strengthen relationships.
• Assist with sales of fee-based and interchange-based products.
