• 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience or equivalent
• Sales or client support experience
• General banking knowledge
• Experience with treasury management products and services

• Ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and use search tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities
• Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments requiring evaluation and selection of alternatives
• Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
• Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
• Support Global Payments and Liquidity
