Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Treasury Implementation Lead to act as the main interface to Treasury clients in Arizona, guiding the end-to-end deployment of treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and depository products. You will manage relationships, provide technical support to partners and vendors, and consult with clients through package implementations.

Qualifications

• Prior Treasury-focused experience.
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management products, services and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, including people development skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive and maintain exceptional quantitative team performance metrics.
• Ability to drive.
• 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface to Treasury clients.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and depository products and services.
• Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners and vendors.
• Consult with clients through implementation of treasury product packages.
• Facilitate internal and external client calls to resolve implementation requests and ensure successful completion.
• Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests for resolution.
• Engage key stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Own resolution for the client.
