Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience in Treasury Management, Bank Operations, or Client Service.
• Previous banking experience required.
• MS Office expertise.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis, and online banking systems preferred.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Proven success in problem analysis and resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
• Ability to work extensively in front of a computer.
• Travel may be required to attend meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, setup documentation, operating systems, data transmissions, file formats, and protocols.
• Provide phone and email support for client Treasury Management issues, account maintenance, and products.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management client inquiries.
• Partner with Treasury Management Support Specialists and Sales Officers when necessary.
• Assist with Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank’s core and online treasury platform.
• Assist with developing less-experienced team members.
• Handle complex issues involving file mappers and technical troubleshooting for ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments, Integrated Payables, and other Treasury Management products.
• Ensure service-level agreements for implementation tasks and timelines are met.
• Ensure required documentation is received, accurate, and scanned.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff.
• Assist with special projects and bank merger conversion projects.
• Complete annual compliance training.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
