Job summary

Jobtailor in Humble, TX is seeking a Treasury Management Customer Service Specialist to assist business clients with treasury products, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and resolve banking issues.

You will work with Treasury Management Operations, Sales, Onboarding, and other departments, handling high-volume requests, following quality standards, and contributing to special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of related work experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of online banking, ACH, wires, and remote deposit preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to business clients using treasury management services.
• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve simple and complex issues related to online banking and treasury services.
• Assist clients with questions, requests, and issues regarding treasury products and services.
• Provide internal support to branch, lending, and other bank personnel.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Operations, Sales, Onboarding, and internal departments.
• Research and resolve errors and elevate issues to the Team Lead or Management.
• Follow department procedures and service-quality standards.
• Assist with special projects, including updates, enhancements, and new product launches.
• Analyze and solve problems without established precedents.
• Process multiple inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Train new colleagues when experienced.
• Perform other assigned duties.
