Texas Capital is seeking a Treasury Support Sr. Specialist to support the Treasury Management team. The role involves assisting Treasury Clients with day-to-day activities via phone and email, answering inquiries, and prioritizing requests while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Treasury Services or Banking, excellent multichannel communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of client support to Treasury clients via phone and email.
• Assist Treasury Clients with day-to-day activities.
• Prioritize client requests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Product/Technical Support to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Texas Capital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
