Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to TM clients.

The role focuses on addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests via phone and email, with duties spanning product support and onboarding. The position requires at least three years of TM client support experience and offers supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience supervising client support, customer service, or operations teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements or system changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients.
• Manage workflow, team schedules, and delegate tasks.
• Assess work performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure understanding of roles.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues.
• Support TM products: ACH Origination, RDC, Wires, Positive Pay, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Sweep Accounts, Lockbox.
• Provide client training for TM products remotely or in person.
