Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to Treasury Management clients and manage a support team.

The role emphasizes coordinating inquiries, resolving issues, and handling requests via phone, email, and web conferencing. The ideal candidate has prior Treasury Management Client Support experience and supervisory experience, with bilingual Spanish being a preferred asset.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience coaching, performance management and employee development.
• Proven ability to motivate teams in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage the workflow of employees, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Ensure KPI’s, SLA’s, and Performance Standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure understanding of their roles.
• Provide client support for all Treasury Management products and services by phone, email, and web conferencing.
• Lead and participate in system upgrade testing and migrations.
