Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests.

This role acts as a primary contact via phone, email, and web conferencing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a background in Treasury Management, and a track record of coaching and process

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience supervising client support, customer service, or operations teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements or efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Assess work performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires for roles.
• Lead and escalate Treasury Management Client Support issues.
• Support Treasury Management products and services over the phone and remotely.
