Ideal candidates have TM client support and supervisory experience, with bilingual Spanish preferred. The position is full-time, with standard TM hours and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience is preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
• Proven coaching and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients via phone and email.
• Manage workflows, schedules, and delegate tasks for the team.
• Train and onboard new hires and serve as escalation point for TM issues.
• Support TM products and services including ACH Origination, RDC, Wires, Positive Pay, and more.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and NACHA rules.
• Develop cross-department relationships and support system migrations.
